Login & Access

Accessing the Wellgento WR platform requires secure authentication.

Logging In​

  1. Navigate to your practice's Wellgento URL (e.g., https://ewr.wellgento.com).
  2. Enter your Username/Email.
  3. Enter your Password.
  4. Click Sign In.

If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), click the Log in with SSO button instead.

Once logged in, you will see the Header and the Main Dashboard.

The Header​

  • Menu Button (Mobile): Toggles the sidebar navigation.
  • Search Bar: Use this global search to quickly find patients, documents, or orders.
  • User Profile: Click your avatar in the top right to:
    • Change Theme (Light/Dark).
    • Switch Units (Metric/Imperial).
    • Sign Out.

The Sidebar​

The sidebar provides quick access to your queue:

  • Active Clients: Patients currently in a visit or checked in.
  • Upcoming Clients: Scheduled appointments for the day.
  • Past Clients: Recently viewed patient records.
