Ordering Products & Services

You can order labs, supplements, or services directly within a visit context.

Placing an Order​

  1. In the active visit, navigate to the Orders section.
  2. Click Create Order.
  3. Search Products: Type the name of the lab or product (e.g., "Lipid Panel", "Vitamin D").
  4. Select Items: Click to add them to the cart.
  5. Review & Submit: Confirm the quantities and click Submit Order.

Order Status​

  • Pending: Order submitted but not yet processed/billed.
  • Completed: Order fulfilled.
  • Cancelled: Order voided.

Orders linked to a visit will appear in that visit's summary and on the global Orders tab of the patient profile.
